100_2144Welcome to an innovative new kind of custom travel program for imaginative and adventurous travelers. Our animating principle is that learning is an essential part of traveling, and that creative lives are energized and catalyzed by getting out into the world: tasting its flavors, interacting with its people, exploring its past, feeling its salt-laden breezes on your face.

If you have a museum group, a group of family and friends, a university program, a book group, a writers’ group, a painter’s group, a choir, or any other small group of creative people for whom you’d like to explore the idea of a custom travel program, please take a moment to fill out the contact form. Give us a brief idea of what you’re thinking, and we’ll be in touch. At the very least we can point you in the right direction, and there’s no obligation implied or assumed: the initial consultation is free. We look forward to hearing from you!

“Tim was an absolute delight: gracious, friendly, spirited, responsive, enjoying his group – but there is more. Most fun was his spontaneity and resourcefulness – when an obstacle or opportunity presented itself, Tim always came up with a clever, happy, and unexpected response which we all thoroughly enjoyed. And of course highly knowledgeable – what a treat!”

“Tim was easy going, very well connected, clearly well liked by the many people we crossed paths with. He managed complications with grace and always was cool, calm and collected. He was wonderful – he has the ability to quietly manage everything so the trip just flowed so nicely. Tim also was able to be spontaneous, and found creative things for us to do in all areas.”

“Tim Weed was a well prepared and well versed guide who drew us into the history and culture. Tim was adept at negotiating the group through public settings, and accommodating our needs with grace.”

“Thoughtfully planned, interesting and varied itinerary, small group so that we could be flexible, great people. A really wonderful experience.”

“The trip was an overwhelmingly positive experience with a great blend of history, culture, art, food and fun.”

“Small group with innovative and spontaneous leadership – meaning you get to see some remarkable things.”

“Very well organized trip. Lots of attention to detail and varied activities.”

“Bill and I thought you were a wonderful guide, not only for your knowledge but also because you were so pleasant to travel with. Nothing phased you and you were enthusiastic about everything we were doing. You made sure we saw a number of artists and art schools and had good experiences at all of them. And you gave us terrific ideas for going places on our own. Of course your final surprise with the ride around Havana in the old cars was fabulous. A very memorable evening. We would travel with you any place.”

  1. Hello,
I am Helga Anders-Faber, a german paintres in Spain. I like to offer trips to the Costa Blanca, to the little town Villajoyosa. Here I am leading an atelier directly at the beach with a wunderfull sea vew! I invite people from all over the world to come here and paint with me in acrillic and oil color. I provide the apartments and the stuff you need for painting. I pick up the pupils from the airport Alicante and bring them to the apartments in Villajoyosa . The cost of 1 week is 550,-€. I prefer 2 weeks. I will work with the group and show them all nice places of this landscape.
